mBIT Training in the Garden of Eden in Tanzania

Recently, I embarked on a remarkable journey to Tanzania for an intensive mBIT training, where eight leaders in their fields learned to work with their head, heart, and gut brains. Over the course of four days in a beautiful garden resembling the Garden of Eden, they made deeper connections within themselves step by step, allowing them to truly feel what is genuinely important. This transformation not only impacts their professional lives but also other aspects of their lives, particularly their relationships with loved ones. The uniqueness of this training lies not only in its rich content and profound nature but also in the magic of Tanzania, a place that holds a special place in my heart and where pursuing such transformations on the African continent is an integral part of my life purpose.

Head, Heart, and Gut: A Holistic Approach

mBIT stands for multiple brain integration techniques. The concept behind it is simple yet powerful: our brain consists not only of the thinking head brain but also of an emotional heart brain and an instinctive gut brain. Each of these brains possesses its own wisdom and intelligence, and by harmonizing them, we can make better decisions, forge deeper connections, and gain insight into what truly drives us.

The Journey Inward

During the four intensive training days, participants learned how to synchronize and utilize these three brains. They gradually delved deeper within themselves, becoming aware of their own beliefs, emotions, and instinctive reactions. This process opened the doors to their deepest values and desires. They began to understand what truly mattered to them, and this insight had a transformative effect on their lives.

Connection with Nature

The fact that we conducted this training in a beautiful garden surrounded by lush nature added an extra dimension to the experience. The Garden of Eden-like setting in Arusha provided a perfect environment for deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us. The sounds of birds, the scent of flowers, and the presence of trees and plants contributed to the overall atmosphere of peace and harmony. Tanzania is a country home to some of the most impressive natural areas in the world, such as the Serengeti and Kilimanjaro. This place has a unique energy that enhanced the transformation processes that occurred during the training. Working to unlock their full potential in such an enchanting environment was an unforgettable experience for the participants.

The Impact of mBIT on Leadership and Life

After the training, participants quickly noticed changes in their lives. They felt more relaxed, loving, and empowered to do the things they genuinely wanted to do. This not only affects their business decisions and leadership qualities but also their relationships with their loved ones. They began to listen more deeply, be more empathetic, and act more in alignment with their values.

This mBIT training in Tanzania not only transformed the participants but also deepened my own connection with this beautiful country. It serves as a reminder of the power of a holistic approach to personal development and the importance of being in touch with our head, heart, and gut brains. The impact of this journey will continue to resonate for a long time, not only in the lives of the participants but also for everyone who will be inspired by them and come into contact with this material.
